The new business, which is owned by the same folks who own the popular bar known as The Mitten, features not only a great selection of typical brews and drinks, but a great focus on whiskey and some tasty food items.
General manager of Barley & Rye is Megan Payment while Brian Josefowicz will lead the culinary team.
You can stop by between noon and 11:30 p.m. from Monday through Thursday, from noon to midnight on Saturday and from noon to 11 p.m. on Sunday.
The culinary selection offers up some quality items like burritos (made fresh!), nachos and some outstanding guacamole and chips. Additionally, there are specials that come and go, like a Greek salad and some fresh Thai food. Pretty much anytime you stop in, something new is likely going to be cooking.
