It's always awesome to see a small business expanding, and that's exactly what
Beds by Design is going through right now.
The company, which is based in Harbor Springs, announced it will be opening a new store in Rochester. There, Beds by Design will sell the handcrafted mattresses that have made it so popular. Each mattress is constructed right in Harbor Springs.
The showroom is open in downtown Rochester, Mich., at 111 W. 3rd St., right behind Hermitage Gallery.
The company, which is owned by Rory Karpathian, constructs handcrafted, natural heirloom-quality mattresses, which Karpatian says are "made to last a lifetime and the finest you will find in North America."
The new showroom will be open Tuesday from noon until 8 p.m., Wednesday through Friday from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. They are closed Sunday and Monday.
