Two Traverse City law firms are merging this month. Kuhn, Darling, Boyd and Quandt, PLC, and Calcutt, Rogers and Boynton, PLLC has become the new company of
Kuhn Rogers PLC as of September 1.
Twelve lawyers will form the core of the new firm, with several other additional attorneys attached. Kuhn Rogers is located at 412 South Union Street, in the former Kuhn, Darling, Boyd and Quandt.
Together, the two firms will combine services to offer a wider range of expertise, including environmental litigation, estate planning and administration, banking and corporate law, real estate and development, commercial litigation, business taxation and corporate law, oil and gas law, business planning, employment issues, mediation services, general civil, commercial bankruptcy, workers' compensation and insurance law.
