Coldwell Banker Schmidt in Traverse City has a new secret weapon on its team.
Penny Herberger has joined the real estate sales agency at 522 East Front Street in Traverse City, the latest in a staff of 34 real estate agents to join the office.
Herberger has long experience in the field, having bought, sold and renovated homes in several countries, and is a Traverse City resident of 25 years.
Coldwell Banker Schmidt of Northern Michigan was founded in 1927 and is part of the Schmidt family of companies serving western and northern Michigan.
