The East Jordan office of
Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realtors has a new manager, Holly Nierman.
Nierman will oversee the new Coldwell Banker Schmidt office at 109 Mill Street, previously Stark Realty, where she was formerly employed, and which Coldwell Banker Schmidt purchased.
"As we welcomed the Stark Realty team into our family, it quickly became clear that Holly has the passion and expertise that are hallmarks of a great leader," says Matt Case, VP of business development for Coldwell Banker Schmidt. Nierman has been a licensed real estate agent since 1988 and has been working in northern Michigan real estate for more than 20 years. Her experience includes resident, vacation, waterfront, commercial and investment property.
