Team One Credit Union in Traverse City has a new bank officer ready to serve its customers. Jim Massaroni will be serving clients all over northern Michigan as the credit union's indirect dealer development officer.
If you've never heard of that, it's pretty specialized and means Massaroni will be cultivating and building relationships with local auto, RV, marine and other dealers. The idea is to create new business opportunities in the Traverse City area, as well as strengthen the credit union's indirect loan offerings.
The process for buyers of applying for and receiving loan approval through Team One Credit Union with local dealerships should become easier thanks to Massaroni's experience and knowledge of the area, which includes more than 20 years of banking experience. He's also a CMU graduate with a bachelor's and master's degree in business administration.
Massaroni will be working out of the Team One regional business office in the Regatta building at 415 Cass Street in Traverse City.
