West Shore Bank in Ludington has a new human resources officer, having recently hired Dore Szoboszlay to the position.
In her new role, Szoboszlay will focus on guiding and supporting the bank in employee relations, hiring, employee benefits, benefits administration and compliance as well as performance management.
She brings with her more than 18 years of experience in human resources, and has a degree from the Binghamton University School of Management. Additionally, she is a member of the Society of Human Resources Professionals and is a professional with the Human Resources Certification Institute.
West Shore Bank is headquartered in downtown Ludington and has eight total locations in western Michigan, including two in Ludington and one in Scottville.
