Northern Michigan is a fall retreat for travelers

Fishing, fall foliage, and good food sounds like a recipe for a great fall vacation, and should be easy to find in northern Michigan.

Excerpt: Recently I had the pleasure to visit our neighboring state of Michigan and was able to enjoy all that it had to offer to the outdoorsman.  We stayed in Traverse City and I was able to fish the fertile waters of both the East and West Traverse bay.

By far these bodies of water had some of the greatest fishing for a multitude of species and it is only a short 5 hour drive from the Chicago area.
