A dinner series from some of Michigan and Chicago's rising young chefs will be taking place in Traverse City this year, a change from its usual venue.
Excerpt: Chef James Rigato is taking his popular Young Guns chefs' dinner series to Traverse City, where he and five other chefs — including a fellow "Top Chef" contestant from Chicago — will cook at Trattoria Stella on Oct. 19.
Tickets for Young Guns 5 are $150 per person and will go on sale by phone Sept. 10, he said.
